As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strategic relationships with our customers and achieving set sales and margin targets. You will manage an assigned list of existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. You will be responsible for promoting the ITM brand, delivering on the service and quality to meet our customer’s expectations.
To be successful in this role, you will “preferably” have had proven work experience within the building industry or within a similar account management role where you will have developed an ability to negotiate effectively to ensure growth in sales and relationships. You will be customer focused and have a positive attitude toward customers and fellow team members. You will lead by example and set high standards for yourself and enjoy new challenges.
This role will be based in our Nelson store but will be responsible for customers across the Tasman region.
