ITM Estimation Services

This office provides pricing and quantifying services for the Building ConneXion group of ITM Building Centre’s, Joinery and Frame & Truss manufacture. Through our extensive building partner network of suppliers ITM offers access to a complete range of construction materials and products.

We support all quoting and pricing requirements including the following estimating services:

Costs: Generally our services are provided free of charge to our clients. Some services including frame & truss producer statements and full plan take-off are a user pay service. A wide format printer is available at our ITM Nelson store if any large plan printing is required. We can reprint your plans up to A0 Size if you require additional sets.

Plan submission: Plans for pricing can be supplied in either hard copy or in PDF format emailed directly to plans@itmnelson.co.nz
