Trade

ITM has a single minded goal to be market leader in trade. The nature of our business allows us the time to commit to trade customers and their business activities. We look to add value and form great business relationships and friendships along the way.

We are able to offer our trade customers a single trading account which is recognised at all 4 store locations in Takaka, Motueka, Nelson & Havelock which allows the trade to work efficiently throughout the top of the south. Online invoices & statements can be accessed from the trade login.

ITM Trade Club

ITM offers you the opportunity to choose your own rewards to suit your individual needs. To find out if you are eligible to join the Trade Club please contact your Trade Representative or Store Manager.

Log in to the online catalogue to redeem your Trade Club Flexi-Rewards Points and choose from the extensive range of merchandise and vouchers.

Trade Events

Trade Events are a great way to network with other building professionals and mix with our team. As well as regular Trade Breakfasts and product training sessions a spot of Fishing, Golf , Motor Racing or top level rugby is offered to our trade customers. Your ITM Trade Rep will keep you informed of these events as they occur.

LBP Record of Building Works Books

At the completion of Restricted Building Work the LBP is required to provide the owner and council with a memorandum of Building Work. The memorandum is in 3 parts:

Builders copy (green)
Home owner (yellow)
Council (white)

ITM have prepared an easy to complete Record of Work book, with self carbon colour coded pages. As all LBP will be required to complete a MOBW at some point you should grab a copy from your ITM Store or Trade Rep. There is a small charge for the cost of printing.
