The RMBF House of the Year Awards were held at the Langham Hotel, in Auckland on Saturday 19th November. ITM were privileged enough to have 45 finalists at the awards.  Well done to all the stores and their builders that made it into the finals!  A big congratulations to the Nelson ITM, Takaka ITM and Southern Lakes ITM stores which had the following builders win awards:

• Renovation $250,000 – $500,000 Award – Wayne Rothwell Builder – Takaka ITM 
• Pink Batts Ultra Energy Efficiency Award – Harris Builders – John Harris – Nelson ITM
• New homes $2 million Award – AJ Saville Builders – Alistair Saville – Southern Lakes ITM
